The One Properties Ltd — Instagram content creation and brand visuals

The One Properties Ltd is a real estate business that publishes regularly on Instagram. I provided creative services for the company, producing social media content and the visual assets that carried the brand across the feed.

The engagement covered Instagram content creation, promotional video editing, Reels production, graphic design and social media post design, cover and thumbnail design, logo refinement and wider branding support, alongside creative direction. The work delivered a consistent visual system for the brand’s Instagram presence.

Approach

The starting point was the feed as a whole rather than individual posts. Type treatment, colour, framing and layout were brought into a single, repeatable visual language so that posts published weeks apart still read as one brand.

Promotional videos and Reels were edited around the way people actually watch a vertical feed: an opening frame that holds attention, legible on-screen text, and pacing built for sound-off viewing. Covers and thumbnails were designed as part of the same system so the grid stayed coherent when the profile is viewed as a whole.

Logo refinement and the surrounding branding support were handled as a cleanup and consolidation exercise — tightening the existing mark and its application rather than replacing the brand, then applying it consistently across social media content.
