On-Site IT & Media Systems Support in Toronto

I provide scoped, hands-on IT and media systems support for organizations, event teams and businesses across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. The work is practical: setting up computers and peripherals, supporting networks, installing and configuring equipment, and keeping projection and media playback systems working the way the people using them expect.

This is project and on-site support rather than a managed service. It is not 24/7 managed IT, cybersecurity consulting, enterprise systems administration, or an emergency help desk — each engagement covers agreed work over an agreed period.

Alongside the systems themselves, a lot of the value is in the handover: showing the people who use the equipment day to day how it works, and leaving the setup in a state they can operate without needing someone on standby.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a managed IT service?

No. This is scoped, hands-on project and on-site support. It does not cover 24/7 managed IT, cybersecurity consulting, enterprise systems administration or an emergency help desk.

What kind of systems do you support?

Computers and peripherals, practical network setups, installed equipment, and projection and media playback systems, including YouTube and media operations for organizations and events.

Can you support technology for a specific event?

Yes. Event and organization technology support is part of this service, scoped around the dates and systems involved.

Will our team be able to use the setup afterwards?

That is the intention. A practical walkthrough with the people who use the equipment is part of the work, so the setup can be operated day to day.

How is the work scoped?

By the systems, locations and tasks involved, and the period the support covers. The scope is agreed in writing before work starts.
